Rated 5 out of 5 by Corinna from WOWZA! My new shampoo & conditioner! Because of my oily scalp / dry hair condition, I have always used the tea tree oil shampoo by Kiehl's. It hasn't been performing as it used to; heard formulation changed. So, when I saw shampoo offered by Ahava, I decided to try it. WOW. I wash my hair every other day and my scalp would bother me on my "dirty hair" days. The Ahava mineral shampoo somehow controls the oil and yet does not dry out my hair. My hair is also less frizzy and tangled. While Ahava products are on the pricier end, I find that you don't need to use as much with each wash. And since I wash every other day, higher quality products of one bottle would last me 6 months. So in the end, it cost only a little more than lower end products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LaurieZ5 from Won't buy again Bought the shampoo and conditioner separately a few months ago when it was on sale. The shampoo is barely passable as far as I'm concerned. Have to use much more to get suds all over my head and notice no difference in my hair. For the price I'll stick with my off the shelf brand. The conditioner is awful. I can't believe how much I have to use to feel any difference in my hair. I finally added some water to the conditioner bottle and seem to use a little less. This is good as it will go farther but I feel I am still using too much to get any satisfaction. I love all my other products but the hair products are a big disappointment. I have thick hair with a little curl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LisaF99 from My new love - light & clean Jumped in and bought the jumbo size to start and I'm glad I did! Blissful wonderful scent. While I don't struggle with styling, I am quite oily so I was my hair every day (at least once.) Just as is true with the Time to Clear Cleanser, this is an amazing product that makes my hair feel clean but not stripped. My only wish list would be: a way to keep the balance but sulfate free, have the conditioner smell more like the shampoo, and include a pump for the shampoo (I was able to take one I had & modify the length. Nobody wants to pickup & flip a rather large bottle)

My daughter has very long hair and my hair is thinning in spots. It works great on both and I am anxious to see if my hairdresser notices an improvement. Now, just bring back the make-up line!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Diet H from Unusable to someone with sensitive skin. I bought this a month ago and since I love all the other AHAVA Products I was sure I was going to love it. Not so! It instantly dried my scalp out so much, so I created a real Problem for me. Itching continued for days. I gave it a break and thought it might just be my scalp, and after using my regular wholesome shampoo from Sebamed the itchiness disappeared. I then gave AHAVA another try and .....yep....once again, sever itching for days afterwards. There seem to be a chemical ingredient that just does not seem healthy to my scalp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Atir from A totally different experience True-this shampoo doesn't suds, but that doesn't mean it isn't doing the job. It does take some getting used to. My hair is damaged from washing everyday, blow drying, curling/flat iron. I have an oily scalp and couldn't even go a day without washing. I can now go 3 days in a row without getting an oily scalp. (Been afraid to go for 4). I have to think that is better for my hair. Saves me time in the morning. Got the products on sale and use so much less, that it's not as expensive as it first looks. I've only used it a couple of weeks. Seems too good to be true, but for now-giving it 5 stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by Irinka from Love it from the first use! From the first use I see the difference in my hair. Originally I was hesitant to buy this shampoo because my hair is frizzy and the description for this shampoo doesn't talk about frizz removal. But because I love and trust Ahava, I decided to try. From the first use, my hair is softer and not as frizzy as it used to be even with anti-frizz shampoo. After Ahava shampoo & conditioner, my hair is easy to comb and doesn't tangle as before. I am very excited to see results right away and am looking forward to using this product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by rogerslk from Not my favorite Was my hear clean after shampooing? Yes. Was it cinditioned after using conditioner? Yes. However, it wasn't. The shampoo left a "film" on my hair prior to conditioner application. I used much more conditioner than I normally do (I learned from the first try that I needed more). Still I had so much difficulty getting the wide tooth comb through my tangles and I even do that prior to rinsing. I typically use Redkin or Matrix products and that may be the difference - I ordered shampoo and conditioner from a company based on the quality of the minerals rather than a shampoo company. I saw lots of rave reviews so I made the purchase. This just show you that nothing works for 100% of folks 100% of the time. I LOVE alll the other products!
